I'm Awais Athar, a researcher, computer scientist, and builder.

I have worn (and still wear) many hats while working in the software industry as well as academia. My experience spans across a diverse set of domains including bioinformatics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, cloud, data storage, e-Commerce, ERP, CRM, 3D graphics, social networks and mobile apps. I hold a PhD in Computer Science and an MPhil in Computer Speech, Text, and Internet Technology from the University of Cambridge.

When free, you might find me building small fun projects, playing music, reading books, or drinking tea! ☕
